Bogotá Layover Tour
This layover tour in Bogotá includes pickup from the airport and the transfer back. We'll be waiting for you with a sign at the exit of your arrival terminal to begin this tour of one of the highest capitals in all of Latin America, located at 2,625 m (8,612 ft) above sea level!
First, we'll take a stroll around the Plaza de Bolívar, where we'll be able to see the National Capitol, which houses the headquarters of the National Congress, the Palace of Justice, the Judicial Branch of government, and the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. On this same route, we'll also see the majestic Liévano Palace or Alcaldía Mayor and the Primate Cathedral of Colombia, a beautiful temple from the beginning of the 19th century.
After this complete tour of the most emblematic buildings, we'll visit the Gold Museum, which houses one of the most important exhibitions of pre-Hispanic art in Latin America, with a collection of approximately 6,000 pieces of metal, ceramic, bone, wood, and emeralds.
After the tour, we'll take you back to the El Dorado Airport 5 hours later.

On Mondays, the Gold Museum is closed, so instead we'll visit the Botero Museum. Without a doubt, the works of one of Colombia's most universal artists will captivate you.
