Between 7 am and 8:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Bogota and set off for the Nemocón salt mines, an underground site with over 500 years old of history.
Inside the caves of the mine, we'll get to see natural springs, a salt waterfall and curious salt formations. You'll notice the smell of saltpetre in every room! During the guided tour, we'll learn many scientific and historical facts about this fascinating place.
On the way out, we'll take a short tour of the nearby village, where we'll see some of its places of interest including the park of the Seven Legends and the neoclassical Church of Saint Francis of Assisi.
Finally, we'll take you to your hotel in Bogota, where you'll arrive between 2:30 pm and 4 pm.
