The Marasha Natural Reserve Tour is the perfect opportunity to embark on an adventure in the Peruvian Amazon. We'll navigate the world's largest river and discover lush landscapes.
Tour Description
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from the pier of Isla Bonita of the Leticia Malecón and head to the port of this Colombian city. We'll board a typical Amazon River canoe for an approximately 30-minute river trip.
During the journey, we'll admire the impressive jungle and cross the natural border with Peru. We'll arrive at the Marasha Natural Reserve, a true jungle paradise.
Once we've arrived, we'll take a hiking route along ecological trails, observing the flora and fauna of this region of South America. In addition, if you wish, you'll have the opportunity to continue touring the area by canoeing or kayaking, and you can even try artisanal fishing.
You can also go to Mico Island to meet these interesting and amusing primates or go to the river to marvel at the Victoria Regia, a group of giant water lilies that inhabit the waters of the Amazon.
The final touch to this excursion will be a buffet lunch. We'll replenish our strength before we start our way back to Leticia.
