Porto Santo Guided Tour
At the time you choose, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Porto Santo or at the Vila Baleira taxi stop to start a very special tour of the island. Ready?
Our first stop will be the Miradouro das Flores viewpoint, where we'll enjoy a spectacular view of the islets of Cal and Ferro with the Atlantic in the background. We'll continue to Zimbralinho beach and spot the cliff that can be seen from the Morenos viewpoint, formed by yellow and orange toned rocks that create very particular shapes.
Next, we'll head through the Porto Santo dunes until we approach the Fonte Areia viewpoint, and make a brief stop. We'll see a 19th century fountain and some impressive sand gorges. You'll be impressed!
The route will then lead us to the eastern part of Porto Santo to stop at the Portela viewpoint. Finally, we'll admire a beautiful postcard image from the Pico Castelo viewpoint, the highest point built in what was a former 16th century fortress. Did you know that this island was attacked several times by Berber pirates?
After a three hour tour of the most important points around Porto Santo, the tour will end at the starting point.
