Ride the waves of the Atlantic with this surf lesson in Torres Vedras. Learn the basics and practice with waves of all sizes on Praia Azul.
We'll meet at a time of your choice on Praia Azul beach in Torres Vedras, where we'll kit you out with all the necessary equipment.
To begin the lesson we'll give you some instructions and practice the basic movements on land. Once you've got the hang of keeping your balance, we'll head out to sea and hit the waves!
We'll start with small waves, and once you're comfortable surfing near the shore we'll head further out into the sea where you can practice with waves of all heights!
At the end of the lesson, we'll make our way back to the starting point to return the equipment.
