We'll pick you up from your hotel in Santa Marta at the time indicated to start our trip to Laguna Encantada. Are you ready to enjoy this beautiful natural paradise?
Once aboard the minibus, we'll travel through the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in search of the Mendihuaca River, the river that feeds Laguna Encantada. We'll travel by road for more than an hour and then alight from the vehicle for a hike that will take us to this spring.
As we follow the river's course, we'll enjoy an hour-long hiking route. We'll admire the local fauna and flora and disconnect in the middle of Colombia's nature. We'll also see a waterfall!
Then we'll arrive at Laguna Encantada, one of the most precious treasures in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. To understand the origin of its name, we'll speak with The Kogi people and meet one of their spiritual leaders.
You'll have an hour to swim in the lagoon before starting our route back. Once back on the minibus, we'll head to Mendihuaca Beach to enjoy a picnic with incredible views.
After a nine-hour trip, we'll drop you back off at your hotel.
