Tour Options
When booking your bike tour, you can opt for a tour of the historical center of Santa Marta or a tour of Taganga, a beautiful town nearby where you can also snorkel and kayak. Both tours depart at the designated time from Carrera 4 #19-12 in Santa Marta and include a guide and a bike rental.

Santa Marta Tour (2 Hours)
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the historic center of Santa Marta, with the popular Parque de los Novios and the Plaza Bolívar. We'll also pass the Santa Marta Basilica Cathedral, which stands out due to its white facade.
During our bike tour of the old town, you'll also see the colonial houses of Santa Marta, where the Casa de Madame Augustine stands out. You'll find out who this figure was on this tour!
As we cycle, you'll admire from the exterior other iconic spots in the city, such as the Teatro Santa Marta or the Casa de la Aduana (Customs House). Today, this Colonial-style building houses the Tayrona Gold Museum.
On the tour, we'll also tell you about the delicious cayeye and other typical dishes in Santa Marta. You'll also discover the rich and diverse slang and culture of Santa Marta.
Finally, we'll make one last stop at the Santa Marta Bay. Then, we'll return to the starting point to conclude our 2-hour tour.
Taganga Tour (8 Hours)
In this case, we'll meet at the designated time at the same meeting point as the previously described option and from there, we'll head to the este caso, nos reuniremos a la hora indicada en el mismo punto de encuentro de la opción anterior y, desde allí, nos dirigiremos hasta el Mercado Público de Santa Marta. Here, we'll fuel up with a Santa Marta breakfast, including an egg arepa and a drink.
Afterward, we'll explore by bike the mountain that separates Santa Marta from Taganga, a charming fishermen's town. Once we reach this town, we'll head to its main beach to practice snorkeling in the Taganga Bay.
After this fun activity, we'll return by kayak to the town's coast. Once we disembark on its shore, we'll head to a restaurant for a typical fish-based lunch. Our lunch with finish off with a traditional coffee from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountain range.
Then, we'll rest for a few minutes at the restaurant before we return to the meeting point in Santa Marta by bike, where we'll conclude this 8-hour activity.
