At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from your hotel in San Agustín to start an interesting route around this Colombian region. Our first stop will be Estrecho del Magdalena, the most important river in Colombia. Did you know that is crosses the country from south to north and ends in the Caribbean Sea?
We'll continue this tour to the Obando Museum and Archaeological Park, famous for its indigenous archaeological heritage. Here, you'll have the opportunity to see underground tombs, cave paintings and various prehispanic objects.
Then, we'll head to the Alto de los Ídolos Archaeological Park, declared a World Heritage Site. This marvellous place is home to 23 statues that contribute to the importance of the archaeological zone of San Agustín.
Additionally, we'll visit the Alto de las Piedras Archaeological Park, which is particularly special due to its conservation of the original paintings of its sculptures.
The last stop of the tour will be the Salto del Mortiño Waterfall, an incredible natural paradise whose main attraction is a waterfall over 200 metres (656 feet) tall. From the Glass viewpoint, you can enjoy an incredible and unique view of this fall.
