Description
At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from your hotel in San Agustín. Are you ready for a day surrounded by nature?
We'll leave the city behind as we start this hiking route around the Bordones River Canyon. We'll explore the Puracé Nature National Park, whose exemplary flora and fauna can be spotted along the route.
After 1.5 hours of walking, we'll arrive at one of the hidden treasures in the area: the Salto de Bordones, a spectacular 400-metre (1312-foot) high waterfall. Did you know that it's the second-tallest waterfall in Colombia? It's truly impressive!
We'll admire the waterfall from below, and then explore some viewpoints to enjoy its beauty from other perspectives. Then, we'll give you an hour of free time to eat and explore the vicinity of the falls.
Finally, we'll return to where the bus will be waiting to take us back to San Agustín. The tour will end at your hotel 7 hours after initial pickup.
