Description

We'll meet at Via Volturno at the indicated time and walk to where we'll do the Italian pizza and gelato workshop. Are your mouths already watering? Let's explore the culinary culture of Italy together!

An experienced pizzaiolo will guide us through the preparation of the perfect pizza. We'll start by stretching the dough and creating the ideal base for the tomato and mozzarella cheese toppings.

Once the ingredients are ready, it's time to put the pizza in the oven. We'll see how our creation gradually rises until it becomes an authentic delicacy. Don't forget to leave room for dessert! The next recipe we'll learn how to prepare will be a delicious Italian gelato, although this time only the chef will be cooking.

Finally, what we have all been waiting for will arrive, the tasting! We'll finally get to taste the pizza and ice cream that we made, accompanying them with wine or soft drinks. But the experience does not end here. You can take home a digital book of traditional recipes so you can surprise your family and friends with your new culinary skills.

After dinner, we'll hand out the certificate of participation, and end the Italian pizza and gelato workshop in Palermo. Arrivederci!
