Riding Palermo's sightseeing train is the most fun and convenient way to explore the historic center of Sicily’s capital. Aboard 1 of the 7 trains available, all equipped with an audio guide in English, you’ll discover the history of a city where different cultures and architectural styles converge.
The ticket is valid for 1 full day, allowing you to hop on and off as many times as you like. You can get off to visit a monument, explore a market, or enjoy a coffee, and then board the next train at any of the stops. The choice is yours!
The full route lasts 1 hour and includes strategic stops at Palermo’s key landmarks:
n addition to the stops, during the journey you’ll see iconic landmarks from your seat, such as the Palace of Justice, bustling Via Roma, Piazza San Domenico, and the famous Vucciria Market.
The train will also travel along the city’s main avenues, passing Piazza Pretoria, Quattro Canti (Piazza Vigliena), Central Station, the historic Ballarò Market, and the picturesque Porta Sant’Agata Square.

The service operates every day of the year from 9 am to 4 pm, with departures approximately every 30 minutes. Please note that the last recommended boarding time to complete the full tour is 3:30 pm.
