Day Trip Options
When making your booking, you'll be able to choose from the following motorbike trips from Medellín. All of the routes, which include an English-speaking guide and a rented motorbike and helmet, will begin at the scheduled time from the Medellín local at Carrera 43d #11a-36.
Guatapé Day Trip (8 Hours)
At the scheduled time, we'll leave Medellín to begin the motorcycle trip that will allow us to discover one of the most beautiful areas in Antioquia. First off, we'll stop at a café in the main square of the town of Marinilla to have a coffee.
After this break, we'll continue the tour towards the Rock of Peñol. Although admission to this great monolith is not included in the price, those who wish can visit it, and climb the 750 steps to the top. The views are worth it!
Afterwards, we'll continue the tour towards Guatapé, where we'll enjoy a boat ride around the Peñol reservoir. After the journey, which will last around 35 minutes, we'll head to a restaurant to enjoy a traditional lunch that includes a starter of soup, a main course and juice.
Once we've finished up, we'll make our way to the colourful historic centre of Guatapé, and finally, we'll return by motorbike to the meeting point in Medellín.

La Reservita Eco Park Day Trip (6 Hours)
On this trip, we'll drive our motorcycles to the south of Medellín, in the direction of the town of Caldas. After traversing the beautiful forested landscape, we'll eventually arrive at the town of Angelópolis, where La Reservita Eco Park is located. Here, we'll practice abseiling on 3 different waterfalls of 8, 15 and 25 metres (26, 49, and 82 feet) in height.
After this experience, we'll take a break so we can grab a delicious lunch that includes a side of rice and potatoes with a fillet of meat or fish, as well as juice. After eating, we'll return to Medellín.

Cocorná Day Trip (9 Hours)
We'll leave early from Medellín and drive our motorcycles towards the Cocorná viewpoint. There, we'll enjoy some stunning views as we enjoy a delicious breakfast that will include eggs, arepas, as well as coffee or chocolate.
After eating, we'll drive towards the outskirts of Cocorná to visit the Melcocho River Natural Reserve. There, those who wish can take part in a horseback riding session. You'll also have 2 hours of free time to take a dip in the crystal clear waters of the river.
Next, we'll head towards a restaurant on the banks of the river to enjoy a warming lunch that includes soup, a fillet of meat or fish and juice. After eating, we'll begin our return journey to the meeting point in Medellín.

2-Day Trip to Cocorná & La Danta
On this trip, we'll first make our way to the Cocorná viewpoint to take in the views and enjoy a similar breakfast to the one already described previously. Next, we'll traverse some beautiful natural landscapes between Cocorná and La Danta. At the latter, we'll stop at the Pantágaros 2-star hostel or one similar to enjoy a delicious lunch that includes a start, main course and juice.
After eating, you'll be able to go to your double room to relax, and that evening, we'll meet up once more to go for a refreshing dip in the La Danta Waterfalls. After swimming, we'll return to the hostel for dinner and rest.
The next day, we'll enjoy a comforting breakfast at the hostel and then make our way to the La Danta Caves to practice some caving. After visiting the caves, we'll then return to the hostel for a delicious lunch.
Once we've eaten, we'll return to Medellín. We're expected to arrive back at around 5 pm.

Activity Requirements
Every motorcycle has a maximum capacity of 2 people: a driver and a passenger. The driver must be at least 20 years of age and must hold a valid and in-date motorcycle driving license. The initial driver must remain the driver for the entire duration of the trip.
