Activity Details
At the indicated time, we will meet at the exit of the Éxito de Robledo supermarket. From there, we will leave Medellín and take a 1.5-hour road trip to the town of Santa Fe de Antioquia, located on the banks of the Cauca River.
Upon arriving at the canyon, after a safety briefing, we will board the boats to learn basic navigation. Once everything is ready, we head to the water.
We will begin an exciting descent along the Cauca River for about 2 hours. Along the route, we will alternate stretches of rapids with calmer areas that allow us to admire the landscapes of the Andes mountain range.
After this water adventure, horses will be waiting for us to continue the day with a 1.5-hour ride. Riding along trails by the river, we will enjoy the beauty of the tropical forest in true Colombian plains style.
We will end the experience with a toast using a traditional regional drink. You may choose between guandolo, tamarind juice or mazamorra.
With renewed energy, we will board the transport again to return to the meeting point in Medellín, where we will say goodbye after 7 hours of activity.
