On our Katowice Private Tour, we'll discuss why Katowice is one of the most culturally significant cities in Poland and admire its characteristic Art Nouveau buildings. You'll also have a guide just for you, your partner, family or friends.
Katowice Private Tour
At your chosen time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and set off on a private tour of Katowice, a charming Polish city.
Our tour will begin at Market Square, dating back to the 19th century, through which the Katowice tramway runs. Here, you'll see the Silesian Theatre, a beautiful neoclassical building designed by the architect Carl Moritz.
Afterwards, we'll head to the city's cultural area par excellence. There, we'll see the Spodek multi-purpose arena, the International Congress Centre, the Art Nouveau building of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Silesian Museum, located in a former mine.
The next stop on our tour will be the historic housing estate of Nikiszowiec, which is full of red brick buildings belonging to mine and metallurgical workers. Due to the importance of this area during the 20th century, it has been recognised as an official Historic Monument in Poland.
Following 4 hours of exploring the city, we'll finish our private tour of Katowice back at your hotel and say our goodbyes.
