If you want to enjoy some of the best views of Cartagena, without a doubt, 51 Sky Bar is the place to be. This spectacular space is considered the tallest bar in Colombia, as it's found on the 51st floor of Hotel Estelar, at no less than 200 metres (656 feet) above sea level.
