At the designated time, we'll meet at the Corte Fornello winery, located in a privileged area in Valeggio sul Mincio. Before we start exploring the facilities of this winery, you'll embark on an electric bike tour of its surroundings. Time to cycle!
After a short introduction, you'll take your electric bikes and begin a 1.5 to 2-hour tour of the hills of Moreniche. You'll fall in love with the landscapes that surround the winery! Plus, you'll have the chance to discover picturesque places like Borghetto sul Mincio, a small treasure next to the Mincio River.
Once we return to the winery, one of the members of this family that owns this winery will take you on a tour lasting approximately 40 minutes. During the tour, you'll learn firsthand the secrets of the winery's wine production, from the vineyards to the barrel rooms. Did you know the barrel room is located in a historically significant 18th-century building?
To wrap up this experience, you'll enjoy a tasting of three selected wines. The tasting will be accompanied by a cured meats and cheeses board carefully selected to enhance the wines' flavors. It'll be a delight for your taste buds!
