We'll enjoy the exuberant Colombian nature on this horseback ride through the outskirts of Útica. While riding, we'll also be able to observe different prehistoric fossils.
We'll meet at a time of your choice at the Eco Camping Jacamar, located on the outskirts of the town of Útica.
After a brief technical briefing, we'll get ready with all the riding equipment and set off on an unforgettable horseback ride. On this tour, which will take place in the surroundings of Útica, we'll ride through different ravines and nature trails in the area.
We'll continue the equestrian route along the Gualivá River. We'll cross several mountain passes that will take us to an area where palaeontologists have found different fossils. Among the main remains of prehistoric animals found in these places are the remains of ammonites.
During the route, we'll learn all about these and other prehistoric beings found in the area: What was the region like billions of years ago? What were the main species ? We'll find out! And of course we'll enjoy the green landscapes of the Colombian department of Cundinamarca.
Finally, after approximately 50 minutes of riding, we'll end the horseback ride by returning to the starting point.
