Explore the snowy fairy-tale forests of Sirkka with this snowshoeing tour - an authentic and unforgettable Lappish experience!
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Sirkka at 2 pm. From there, we'll drive to the base camp in the middle of the Lappish wilderness, where we'll start this exciting snowshoe tour.
After putting on special thermal clothing that will protect us from the cold, we'll put on our snowshoes and get ready to go. Over the course of about two hours, we'll slide through the snowy paths of the Sirkka forests and take in the beauty of the Finnish countryside.
Along the way, we'll tell you some of the most interesting stories about these Lappish landscapes. Then, we'll take a break and refuel with a hot drink accompanied by cookies.
Finally, after returning to the starting point to leave all the equipment, we'll take you back to your hotel, where arrival is scheduled for 4 pm.
The tour includes pick-up and drop-off at your hotel if you are staying within 1 to 10 kilometres (up to 6.2 miles) from the following address: Hiihtäjänkuja, 10. If you're within 1 kilometre (0.62 miles), we'll meet you directly there.
