The beautiful towns of Amalfi and Positano await us on this cruise along the Amalfi Coast. We'll depart from Salerno and you'll have free time to explore these iconic destinations at your own pace. You'll love the charming streets and breathtaking views!
Day Trip Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at Molo Manfredi in the port of Salerno. Here, we'll board a boat that will take us along the beautiful Amalfi Coast. Did you know that its villages have been declared World Heritage Sites? We'll visit two of them and soon understand their appeal.
During the first part of our trip, we'll sail the waters of the Gulf of Salerno, enjoying the scenic views of Campania's coastline. In just 20 minutes, we'll arrive at our first destination: Amalfi.
Once there, you'll have 4.5 hours of free time to explore this historic villa at your own pace. We recommend heading to the famous Cathedral of St. Andrew the Apostle, which combines Romanesque, Byzantine, and Baroque styles, wandering through the streets, and enjoying a delicious limoncello. If you want, you can relax on the beach and take a dip in the Tyrrhenian Sea.
On board the boat again, we'll continue toward Positano, another treasure on the Amalfi Coast. Its silhouette of colorful houses on the slope will greet you as we reach the port.
You'll enjoy a tasting of lemon sorbet in Positano. Plus, you'll then have 2 hours of free time to discover Positano. We recommend visiting the church of Santa Maria dell'Assunta, which dates back to the 12th century, shopping in the many craft stores, and enjoying the view of the Gulf of Salerno from one of the town's many viewpoints. You can also enjoy a drink at a charming terrace and even head to the beach.
After this last stop, we'll regroup and set off to Salerno. Finally, we'll reach the starting point and say our goodbyes after 10 hours.
