Explore two of Slovenia's must-visit destinations, Ljubljana and Bled, on this tour from Portorož. Discover the beautiful capital and an enchanting lakeside town!
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Portorož at 9 am and head north to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.
Upon arrival, we'll set off on a guided tour of Ljubljana's must-see landmarks, including the Town Hall, Preseren Square, the Triple Bridge, the Dragon Bridge, and St. Nicholas Cathedral. While we walk through the streets of Ljubljana, the guide will tell us the most intriguing facts about the capital, like the significance of dragons to the people of Ljubljana.
After exploring Ljubljana, we'll head to the second destination of the tour: Bled. This small Slovenian town is one of the jewels of the country thanks to its stunning natural landscapes.
Once there, you'll have free time to take a boat trip in a typical pletna to sail the waters of Lake Bled. You'll be able to admire the hilltop Bled Castle and the coast of Blejski Otok, a tiny natural island in the lake.
Finally, we'll return to the bus and head back to Portorož for approximately 4 pm.
