Duas informações que precisam ser atualizadas pela civitatis: 1) O endereço para a troca dos bilhetes para os passeios de barco e visita na adega não é mais o que consta no voucher, fui no endereço indicado e não existe mais a loja; 2) A adega também foi alterada. A visita aconteceu na Calem e não na Burmester conforme indicado.

Mal porque estaba lloviendo y el paseo en barco no lo vimos oportuno hacerlo con ese tiempo. El autobus turistico no conseguimos localizar la parada y preguntando nos indicaron una que estaba bastante lejos del centro , nos pusimos en la señal donde indicaba Tour Bus linea azul y despues de casi 45 minutos esperando , cuando nos dijeron que pasaba cada 20 minutos, por alli no paso y decidimos volver en taxi. Asi que dinero perdido.

It was a shame because it was raining, and we didn't think the boat trip was a good idea in that weather. We couldn't find the tourist bus stop, and when we asked around, they pointed us to one quite far from the center. We stood at the sign that said "Tour Bus, blue line," and after waiting for almost 45 minutes, when they told us it came every 20 minutes, it didn't come by, so we decided to go back by taxi. So, money wasted.

La experiencia fue muy bien, aunque los trayectos con el bus turístico no son demasiado interesantes. Las líneas verde y naranja son bastante prescindibles, y la línea azul tampoco es muy bonita excepto el centro (por el que da demasiadas vueltas). No tienen aire acondicionado y se pasa bastante calor, pero aún y así vale la pena cogerlos. La bodega fue interesante y el barco también, así que recomiendo este pack para conocer Oporto. The experience was very good, although the hop-on hop-off bus rides aren't particularly interesting. The green and orange lines are pretty negligible, and the blue line isn't very attractive either, except for the downtown area (where it takes too many turns). Nunca había subido a un bus turístico y no está mal aunque es lo que menos merece la pena del packs, al menos en mi opinión. La visita a la bodega interesante. Te dan luego 2 copitas de vino de Oporto para probar, si va un menor le ponen un vaso de zumo. Lo mejor el barco!!! Dura 50 min y recorre el Duero para ver 6 puentes. Creo que por el precio el pack es un acierto.

I've never been on a tourist bus before, and it's not bad, although it's the least worthwhile part of the package, at least in my opinion. The visit to the winery is interesting. They then give you two small glasses of port wine to try, and if a child goes, they give them a glass of juice. The best part is the boat! It lasts 50 minutes and travels along the Douro River to see six bridges. I think the package is a great value for the price.

En la oficina de GrayLine nos encontramos con que nuestra reserva, realizada a través de Civitatis, no les aparecía. Tuvieron que llamar y hacer gestiones para arreglarlo. Buena actitud del empleado de la oficina para explicalo todo en detalle. Nos dieron tickets en papel, el QR que envía Civitatis no funciona para el autobús. Autobús: 3 de los 4 autobuses que subimos, el audio no se corresponde con lo que ves. Bodega: muy buena explicación por parte de Álex. Barco: sin más.

La cata de vinos y el barco muy bien, pero el autobús deja mucho que desear. No hay horario en las paradas del autobús turístico, no hay información de frecuencia de pasa, la condición deja mucho que desear, solo una conductora , los otros salimos mareadas del bus. Domingo a las 18:30 ya no había servicio en la parada 5 de la línia morada del autobús amarillo, por suerte pudimos coger un bus urbano para llegar al centro.

The wine tasting and the boat were very good, but the bus left a lot to be desired. There is no schedule at the tourist bus stops, there is no information on the frequency of the tour, the condition leaves much to be desired, only one driver, the rest of us left the bus dizzy. Sunday at 6:30 p.m. there was no longer service at stop 5 of the purple line of the yellow bus, luckily we were able to take a city bus to get to the center.
