Enjoy an unforgettable family day out as you explore the Peneda-Gerês National Park with this paddleboarding activity on the Limia River.
We'll meet at 10:30 am on Rua da Cruz in Ponte da Barca. Before we set off we'll be given the equipment followed by an introduction to paddleboarding techniques. Then we'll head to the Limia River ready for an adventure!
When we arrive we'll grab our paddleboards and start exploring the beautiful Peneda-Gerês National Park. We'll spend two and a half hours discovering lush valleys of oaks, strawberry trees and beeches. If we're lucky, we might even spot fascinating wildlife such as roe deer, otters and golden eagles!
If you're planning a family day out, you can share a giant paddleboard and take turns rowing! After having spent an unforgettable morning admiring the beauty of Portuguese nature, we'll make our way back to the meeting point for around 1 pm.
