Don’t know how to travel from Paris to London without flying? On this day trip, you’ll cross the English Channel on the Eurostar train. In the British capital, a sightseeing bus and a Thames River cruise are included.
Paris to London by Train
Your Eurostar train to London departs from Gare du Nord. You’ll need to arrive at the station 1 hour before departure to pass through security checks.
After a 2.5-hour journey crossing the English Channel, you’ll arrive at St Pancras International station. Welcome to London! Once in the British capital, you’ll have nearly 10 hours of free time to explore the city.
To make sure you don’t miss any highlights, a 24-hour ticket for the Golden Tours sightseeing bus is included. You can board it right outside St Pancras station.
This hop-on hop-off bus allows you to get on and off as many times as you like throughout the day at any of its stops. It operates 3 different routes with around 60 stops. Some must-see landmarks include Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the Tower of London, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, Tower Bridge, and Piccadilly Circus.
You’ll also have a ticket for a cruise along the River Thames. During the journey, you’ll enjoy views of the Tower of London, London Bridge, and other iconic landmarks from the water.
For the return to Paris, the train departs from St Pancras International at 8:01 pm.
How the Activity Works
Once the reservation is made, we'll email you all the tickets (Eurostar tickets, sightseeing bus tickets, and Thames cruise tickets). You'll receive these tickets 2 days before the activity.
The sightseeing bus includes recorded commentary in English, while the cruise does not include a guide or commentary.
Required Documentation
A valid passport is required. Depending on your nationality, you may also need a visa to enter the United Kingdom.
