No trip to the Big Apple is complete without a visit to the Statue of Liberty. On this tour, you’ll travel to this iconic monument and Ellis Island aboard the official ferry, accompanied by an audio guide in English to make the most of the experience.
Statue City Cruises: The Official Ferry to the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island
After passing through security, you’ll board the Statue City Cruises ferry, the only officially authorized transportation service to sail to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Are you ready to set sail?
We'll set course for our first stop: Liberty Island. Once you disembark, you'll be able to admire the majestic Statue of Liberty up close—one of the world’s most famous and iconic monuments. With your audio guide, you’ll explore the island at your own pace, discover the history of its construction and its architectural details, and visit the Statue of Liberty Museum to learn countless fascinating facts.
Next, you'll board the boat again to head to Ellis Island, a pivotal site in modern U.S. history. There, you can visit the National Museum of Immigration and learn about the lives of the millions of immigrants who arrived on U.S. shores between the 19th and 20th centuries.
After completing both cultural visits, you’ll take the ferry back to the starting point.
