If you arrive in Livorno by cruise, don't miss this tour to Pisa and Manarola. You'll see the Leaning Tower of Pisa and one of the most beautiful towns in Cinque Terre.
At the time indicated, we'll start this tour to Pisa and Manarola from Via Claudio Cogorano, in Livorno. Here, we'll board a bus to our first stop of the day. Let's go!
First, we’ll take a 30-minute drive to Pisa, one of Tuscany’s most famous cities. Once there, you’ll have 1 hour and 45 minutes of free time to explore the Piazza dei Miracoli, world-famous for the Leaning Tower. You’ll also have the option to visit this monument and the other buildings on the square on your own.
After enjoying Pisa, we’ll meet back at the bus to take a trip of about 1.5 hours to Manarola, which is part of the Cinque Terre.
At about 70 meters (229 feet) above sea level, it offers spectacular views. Once here, you'll have 2 hours of free time to explore its charming little streets and relax in front of the Mediterranean Sea. Be sure to indulge in local gastronomy and savor some fresh pesto and focaccia!
Next, we'll return to the bus and travel to Pisa, and learn historical and cultural details about this emblematic Tuscan city, home to the Piazza dei Miracoli, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
At the end of your visit to Manarola, we’ll head back to the starting point. We’ll drop you off at the port of Livorno with plenty of time to board your cruise ship, arriving 9 hours later.
