La actividad está muy bien si se cumple con lo que se anuncia y se contrata. Nosotros tenido problema con el Tour por Belem que no había nadie en el lugar y hora indicada y eso que fui tanto por la mañana como por la tarde, no había nadie. Y la otra circunstancia que me cobraron en el tranvía público ( color amarillo). Por lo demás todo bien. Tengo puesto una reclamación vía chat ya que los tlf no los cogen no sé si irá esto algún lugar, la chica Débora me dijo que lo había puesto ya veremos.

The activity is great if it lives up to what's advertised and what you book. We had a problem with the Belem tour; there was nobody there at the indicated place and time, even though I went both in the morning and afternoon. Also, I was charged for the public tram (the yellow one). Otherwise, everything was fine. I've filed a complaint via chat since they don't answer the phones. I don't know if this will go anywhere; the woman Débora told me she'd submitted it, we'll see.

No cumplían horarios de pasadas por las paradas. Más de 1h d espera en las paradas. Autobuses cancelados. No hubo guía por Belén esperando en el sitio y a la hora indicada en el folleto al hacer la reserva con civitatis. Vamos...que la experiencia dejó mucho que desear y nos hizo perder mucho tiempo en cada parada para coger el siguiente bus....más de 3h esperando con lo cual tras ser cliente habitual,lo mínimo sería un reembolso o compensación por la mala actividad comprada

They didn't keep to the scheduled bus stops. We waited for over an hour at each stop. Buses were canceled. There was no guide in Bethlehem waiting at the location and time indicated in the brochure when we booked with Civitatis. In short, the experience left much to be desired and made us waste a lot of time at each stop waiting for the next bus—more than three hours. La ruta del yellowbus debía haber empezado a las 9:00 AM. Inició media hora más tarde. Además, el guía no se presentó y por ende la visita guiada por Belem no se pudo llevar a cabo. Hasta el conductor, extrañado llamó a la central a preguntar, gracias a él nos indicaron que la visita se suspendía. Una lástima no haber avisado con tiempo. El recorrido ha estado bien a pesar de todo.

The yellow bus route was supposed to start at 9:00 AM. It started half an hour late. Furthermore, the guide didn't show up, and therefore the guided tour of Belém couldn't take place. Even the driver, puzzled, called the central office to inquire, and thanks to him, we were informed that the tour was canceled. It's a shame they didn't give us more notice. L'as indicaciones de la parada no sé veïan bien y estuvimos esperanto 1 hora y media en un sitio equivocado. Durante el trayecto hubo un accidente con dos coches delante de nosotros y estuvimos media hora parados a Todó sol. Para rematar el chofer nos deja tirados en la parada siguiente diciendo que va tarde y el bus siguiente tarda otra media hora. Un desastre vamos.

The signs for the bus stop weren't very clear, and we waited an hour and a half in the wrong place. During the journey, there was an accident with two cars in front of us, and we were stuck for half an hour in the blazing sun. To top it all off, the driver left us stranded at the next stop, saying he was running late, and the next bus took another half hour. A complete disaster.

Nos bajaron de un autobús indicando q tenía que repostar y en la misma parada nos dijeron que el siguiente autobús se preveía para una hora más tarde, sin más explicaciones con dos niñas pequeñas. Dos conexiones de auriculares de 8 que probamos no funcionaron. Dos paradas de la ruta de Lisboa-Belén eran dos comercios: El Corte Inglés y otro portugués. Precio en comparación con la misma actividad en otras ciudades es excesiva

We were taken off a bus with the explanation that it needed to refuel, and at the same stop, we were told that the next bus wouldn't arrive for another hour, without any further explanation, even though we had two small children. Two out of the eight headphone jacks we tried didn't work. Two stops on the Lisbon-Belén route were shops: El Corte Inglés and another Portuguese store. The price compared to the same activity in other cities is excessive.

Muy decepcionada con este tour. Lo de que te puedes subir y bajar donde quieras es mentira, solo puedes en algunas paradas. Al ser un ticket de 48 horas te dan uno en papel el primer día y no nos dijeron que hacía falta para el segundo día y menos mal que no lo tiramos porque con el digital no valía y debería de valer que estamos en la era digital no volvamos al papel… en fin un poco desastre y no sé lo recomiendo a nadie. Very disappointed with this tour. The claim that you can hop on and off wherever you want is a lie; you can only do so at certain stops. Since it's a 48-hour ticket, they give you a paper one on the first day, and they didn't tell us we needed it for the second day. Luckily, we didn't throw it away because the digital ticket wasn't valid, and it should be—we're in the digital age, let's not go back to paper! Tuvimos una experiencia con el bus turístico de Belén la cuál no era la que esperábamos, nos bajamos en la parada del Museu de carris una vez que salimos la parada según marcaba el mapa no coincidia lo cual nos hizo perder tiempo hasta que llegamos a Belen tuvimos que utilizar un Uber, después allí en la última parada de Belén nos pusimos en la parada a las 16:00h y nos fuimos a las 18:15h tanto nosotros como todos las demás personas que estábamos en dicha parada, mediante otro Uber.

We had an experience with the Bethlehem tourist bus that was not what we expected. We got off at the Museu de Carris stop, but once we got off, the stop didn't match the one shown on the map, which made us lose time until we arrived in Bethlehem. We had to use an Uber. Then, at the last stop in Bethlehem, we got on at 4:00 PM and left at 6:15 PM, as did everyone else at that stop, using another Uber.

Solicité varias veces las direcciones de las paradas, porque iba desde Sintra y no conocía Lisboa, nunca me enviaron información. La chica que nos dió los tickets para abordar, no daba ninguna información, el bus pasaba cada 80 minutos aproximadamente. Un conductor nos vió y siguió, tuvimos que esperar el próximo bus. Les dejo fotos del viaje, mala experiencia.

I asked several times for the bus stop addresses because I was coming from Sintra and didn't know Lisbon, but they never sent me any information. The girl who gave us the tickets didn't provide any information, and the bus came approximately every 80 minutes. A driver saw us and kept going, so we had to wait for the next bus. Cogimos un billete de 24 h en el cual podiamos hacer 2 recorridos - Belem. El 1 trayecto fué bien aunque con explicaciones muy breves. En Belem a los 40 min había un tour turistico con un guía con un paraguas amarillo a las 11:30 que nadie sabia donde estaba. Para el regreso tardo en pasar otro bus más de 1 hora, cuando dicen que cada 30 min. De los buses rojos de SIGHTSEEING 5. Al llegar a la parada 2 Rua Herculano tomó otra direccion. Por la tarde antes de las 18:30 dejó de pasar el recorrid

We bought a 24-hour ticket that allowed us to do two tours – Belém. The first leg was fine, although the explanations were very brief. In Belém, after 40 minutes, there was a sightseeing tour with a guide holding a yellow umbrella at 11:30, and nobody knew where he was. For the return trip, it took more than an hour for another bus to arrive, even though they advertise buses every 30 minutes. It was one of the red Sightseeing 5 buses. When we arrived at stop 2 Rua Herculano, it changed direction. In the afternoon, before 6:30 PM, the tour stopped running altogether.

Fatal Para empezar la parada número 3 NO EXISTE! Nos iba perfecto pues quedaba en la puerta de nuestro hotel. Pero la han quitado y tampoco hay aviso ninguno. Así que el autobús pasa de la 2 a la 4!!! Perdimos tiempo buscando la 3. Luego, al contratar dicen que de lunes a sábado el ticket de 24 horas incluye una visita guiada x Belén de 1'5 h. ( A las 10:30 o a las 15:00. No apareció nadie ni una hora antes ni una hora después de las 15 que fue la que elegimos. Mandamos mails y nada.

Terrible. To begin with, stop number 3 DOESN'T EXIST! It was perfect for us as it was right outside our hotel. But they've removed it and there's no notice whatsoever. So the bus goes from stop 2 to stop 4!!! We wasted time looking for stop 3. Then, when booking, they say that from Monday to Saturday the 24-hour ticket includes a 1.5-hour guided tour of Bethlehem (at 10:30 or 15:00). Nobody showed up an hour before or an hour after 15:00, which was the time we chose. We sent emails and nothing.

Nous sommes déçus des. Prestations. Nous avons attendus 45 min à un arrêt. La rotation des bus annoncées n'est pas respecter. Alors qu'il y a des bus rouges partout, seulement quelques bus jaunes tournent. Qualité du son audio dans le bus déplorable !!! Tout ça pour 96 euros. À fuir
