On this 7-day tour from Las Vegas, we'll explore Yellowstone, the Rocky Mountains, Bryce Canyon & Grand Teton, four of the most impressive national parks in the United States. Without a doubt, a dream tour for adventure lovers!
7-Day Tour Details
Day 1: Las Vegas - Bryce Canyon National Park
On the first day, we'll meet at the time indicated at Palms Casino and pick you up in a minibus to start this 7-day tour from Las Vegas.
As we head to Bryce Canyon National Park, we'll cross the Cedar Breaks area to check out this spectacular landscape formed by solidified lava.
Once we arrive at our destination, we'll enjoy a delicious picnic lunch before hiking deep into the canyon to discover the incredible geology of the state of Utah.
Day 2: Bryce Canyon National Park - Salt Lake City
The next morning, we'll wake up and head to Salt Lake City, the capital of Utah. There, we'll learn about the history of the early Mormons while visiting the Salt Lake Temple, the Utah State Capitol and Governor Brigham Young's old mansion.
Day 3: Salt Lake City - Grand Teton National Park
On the third day, we leave Salt Lake City for Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming.
There, we'll have fun exploring this spectacular place full of wildlife, crystal clear lakes and sky-high mountain peaks. Who knows, maybe we'll get lucky and see some elk or grizzly bears!
Day 4: Grand Teton National Park - Yellowstone National Park
We're off to Yellowstone! After breakfast, we'll get back on the minibus and head for one of the most iconic national parks in the U.S. Did you know that it is also home to the largest volcanic system in North America?
Here we'll find mountain deserts, breathtaking rock formations, spectacular lakes, hot springs, geysers, wildlife... It'll come as no surprise why Yellowstone National Park captivates every one of its visitors.
Day 5: Yellowstone National Park
The fifth day we continue making our way through Yellowstone. We'll hike 1.9-5 miles (3-8 km), depending on the preferences and physical condition of the group. Along the hiking route, we may encounter some wildlife, as this park is home to grizzly bears, wolves, bison and elk!
Day 6: Yellowstone National Park - Rocky Mountains
After a hearty breakfast, we'll visit the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center to see some of the park's bears and wolves. Then, we'll leave Yellowstone behind and head to the Rocky Mountains, another of the country's most spectacular natural landscapes.
We'll settle in the area of Lake Provo, a place you'll fall in love with from the moment you set foot on its shores. Fun fact: this is the largest freshwater lake in the state of Utah!
Day 7: Rocky Mountains - Valley of Fire State Park - Las Vegas
On the last day, on the way back to Las Vegas, we'll stop at Valley of Fire State Park to explore its dunes and red sandstone trails, a paradise for photographers!
Finally, in the late afternoon, we'll arrive at the meeting point in Las Vegas.
Tour Accommodation
On this tour, we'll stay at the following campgrounds and hotels:
- Bryce Canyon (day 1): Camp RUBY's INN Campground or similar
- Salt Lake City (day 2): CRYSTAL INN Hotel or similar
- Grand Teton (day 3): Grant Teton Camp or similar
- Yellowstone (days 4 & 5): Yellowstone Camp or similar
- Rocky Mountains (day 6): Rocky Mountains Camp or similar
Meals for the entire tour and hotel stay in Salt Lake City are not included. The total amount for both is 200USD per person. This amount must be paid at the beginning of the tour. This amount also includes light breakfasts throughout the tour: muffins, fruit, or cereal with tea or coffee.
Please note that the prices indicated are per person in a double room. Single travelers must share a room with another person of the same gender.
Please remember to bring your own sleeping bag, as well as a pillow and a towel.
Non-Resident Fee
To access the National Parks visited on this activity, non-US residents will need to pay a fee. Children under 16 accompanied by an adult are exempt from paying this fee.
To pay this fee, you have two options:
- Purchase an individual fee of 100USD per person and per National Park online or at the ticket booth
- Purchase an annual non-resident pass online or at the ticket booth. This pass costs 250USD and allows access to all the National Parks for 1 year to a maximum of 4 adults
