The Haruka Express is a train that connects Kansai International Airport with Kyoto's and Osaka's main stations. This ticket will also allow you to travel between the main cities in the Kansai region and Japan's previous capital.
Haruka Express Train
The Haruka Express Train connects Kansai International Airport directly to the main stations in the Kansai region: Nara, Kobe, Tennoji, Shin-Osaka, Osaka, and Kyoto.
From the Kansai Airport, it takes around 35 minutes to get to Tennoji, 50 minutes to Shin-Osaka, and 80 minutes to Kyoto. Reach any of these cities quickly and comfortably! Plus, the trains have reclinable seats, free WiFi, and wide space so you can leave your luggage.
How Does It Work?
During the booking process, you'll get to choose between the following 2 options: a one-way journey from Kansai Airport to Kyoto or Osaka, or a one-way journey from Kyoto or Osaka to Kansai Airport. In Osaka, you can hop off at the main station or the station of Shin-Osaka. Additionally, you'll be able to hop off at any of the train stations of Kyoto and Tennoji.
After the booking process, you'll receive a voucher that you will have to redeem at the machines in one of the following stations to obtain your train ticket.

These trains depart with a frequency of approximately 30 minutes and have regular service, as there are more than 30 trains per day in each direction.

Children Under 6
Children under 6 years of age may ride for free. Each paying adult may be accompanied by up to two children under 6 years old who meet the age requirement. However, children under 12 years old must always be accompanied by an adult.
