Day Trip Details
At the designated time, we will board a boat that will take us to Turkey's famous Princes' Islands. Let's set sail!
As we leave the port, you'll feel the sea breeze and enjoy unique views of Istanbul from the water. Our first stop will be Kınalıada, the so-called henna island.
Here, you'll have an hour of free time to explore its past as a place of exile during the Byzantine period. Be sure to visit the island's only Armenian church, Surp Krikor Lusavoric, and stroll along its waterfront promenade overlooking the Sea of Marmara.
We'll continue our journey to Büyükada, where we'll discover the colorful charm of the archipelago's largest island. In Büyükada, you'll have 2.5 hours of free time to explore the island at your leisure, enjoy its beaches, and take a swim. If you wish, you can also take a bike tour or an electric car tour.
Next, we'll return to the boat for a delicious lunch featuring traditional Turkish dishes such as grilled chicken, traditional pilaf, seasonal salad, and a local dessert. It's a delightful way to continue sailing the beautiful waters of the Sea of Marmara.
Before heading back, we'll stop at a bazaar. You'll have the opportunity to disembark and explore the stalls brimming with typical Turkish products, perfect for taking home a souvenir of this wonderful day.
After a day exploring the Princes' Islands, we'll return by boat to the starting point, where the tour will conclude after a 7 to 9-hour day trip.
Day Trip Options
During the booking process, you can choose between the following options:
- Day Trip: with this option, we will meet at the port of Cibali, and lunch on board is not included.
- Day Trip + Pickup: With this option, we will pick you up from your hotel, and lunch during the excursion is not included.
- Day Trip + Lunch: With this option, we will meet at the port of Cibali, and lunch on board during the excursion is included.
- Day Trip + Pickup + Lunch: If you prefer a more comfortable and complete option, with this option, we will pick you up from your hotel, and you will enjoy a traditional lunch. You won't have to worry about a thing!
