At the appointed time, we'll meet at the main entrance of the Royal Palace of Caserta to begin a guided tour of this exceptional Baroque complex.
Did you know that this monument is a World Heritage Site? We'll go back to the 18th century to remember the origins of this building, built with the intention of competing with the Palace of Versailles and the Royal Palace of Madrid.
We'll visit the different rooms of the palace, including the royal theatre, the library and the throne room, and we'll learn all about this elegant palace. We'll discover which monarchs have resided there and learn about the links of this place with the Spanish Crown.
Of course, during the tour of the Royal Palace of Caserta, we'll walk through its extensive gardens. Like the building itself, they are the work of the renowned Neapolitan architect Luigi Vanvitelli and will leave you speechless!
