Explore the Algarve and visit Porches, Ferragudo and Benagil on this day trip from Carvoeiro. You'll enjoy beautiful landscapes, traditional towns, a pottery workshop and a wine tasting experience!
We'll pick you up from your hotel at 9:45 am. Then we'll leave Carvoeiro behind and set off for Porches, the origin of Portuguese pottery.
When we arrive at our first destination of the day, we'll explore the town before heading to a pottery workshop, where a craftsman will show us how they create tableware, vases and other decorative pieces. What's more, these objects are hand-painted, so each piece is totally unique!
Afterwards, we'll continue travelling along the coast, admiring the wild landscapes of the Algarve on the way to the next stop of the tour, Ferragudo. Here we'll get to know one of the typical villages of southern Portugal as we explore its cobbled streets and marvel at its whitewashed houses.
To finish the tour in the best possible way, we'll visit a traditional winery where we'll be shown all the secrets of the famous Algarve wine. In addition to a tour of the winery's facilities, we'll enjoy a wine tasting session - what a treat!
The trip will end at 4:45 pm back at your hotel in Carvoeiro.
