How Does It Work?
If you choose one of the options with transport, you'll be able to use the Twisto network of trams and buses unlimitedly during the validity period of your card.
Card Pickup
After booking, you can pick your card up at the Caen la mer Tourism Office, located at Place Saint-Pierre, number 12, which is open at the following times:
- April, May, June, and September: Tuesdays open from 10 am to 6:30 pm; Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays open from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm; Sundays and holidays open from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
- July and August: Monday to Saturday open from 9 am to 7 pm; Sundays and holidays open from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm
- From October to March: Tuesdays open from 2 pm to 6 pm; Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays open from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm; closed on Sundays
- Closed on January 1, May 1, November 1, November 11, and December 25
Your card will be activated the first time you use it. From that moment on, you can enjoy all its benefits for 24, 48, or 72 hours.
Please note that some monuments require previous bookings at the Tourism Office and are subject to availability.
Children Under 4
Children under 4 do not need to book a ticket, as they can access both the city's public transport and the museums and monuments for free.
