Day Trip Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Albufeira to begin a picturesque 40-minute transfer to one of the most iconic sites of the Algarve: the Algar Seco. Let's go!
Once we reach our destination, we'll find ourselves surrounded by formations carved by the sea and wind, where natural pools and hidden caves stand out. Among the natural gems, you'll find the Gruta da Boneca, also known as the "Window to the Sea," an opening that frames the deep turquoise blue color of the Atlantic Ocean as if it were a piece of art. It's the perfect place for you to take your photos!
After spending 45 minutes in Algar Seco, we'll continue toward Benagil, which we'll reach in 15 minutes, one of the most popular destinations on the Portuguese coast. From up high, we'll admire the Benagil Cave, whose top opening enters a beam of light that transforms its interior into a show of ocre reflections. Although we won't step inside this majestic cave, you'll be captivated by the views from above. Did you know its formation dates back to over 20 million years?
After 45 minutes here, we'll set off to the Seven Hanging Valleys Trails, a 2.17 mi (3,5 km) route renowned for its scenic beauty. Steep cliffs, natural arches, coves, and vegetation will open up before our eyes, perfuming the air with sea salt.
We'll conclude our day trip in the Praia da Marinha, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and one of Europe's best-kept secrets. Here, among turquoise waters and rock sculptures, you'll have between 45 minutes to 1 hour of free time to relax, continue exploring, or simply marvel at the grandeur of the landscapes while swimming.
Finally, after 5 to 5.5 hours, we'll return to your hotel, where we'll say our goodbyes.
